Jeff just checked the gravity of the Situation and it looks like we’re done fermenting. It fermented down nice and dry like we like it, topping out at a respectable 10.2% abv. There’s time for the Situation to improve. It’s got another three weeks to mature, clear up, and mellow out. The Situation will come to a head on February 20th at 1 pm. Make sure it’s on your calendar. I want you to be here for the tapping, costume contest and some serious fist pumping!

Au contraire Brad, fist pumping is mandatory. The bartenders won’t serve you The Situation unless you’re fist pumping as you order it!

Chris… looking forward to the release, but it looks like I wont be able to make until later in the evening… Think there’ll be enough to make it through ’til then?

I guess so….. If you’re really going to be a party pooper we’re not going to deny you a beer. But priority service will definitely be given to those with their fists held high!

We’ve got a whole batch of this so it should be on tap for three weeks or so. But you’ll probably miss out on “A Dark Situation” and “Situations Past”.
