Last but certainly not least we have; Stewarts Brewing Co.-Summit IPA A single-hop I.P.A. brewed entirely with Summit Hops, a dwarf variety with a distinctive ‘dank’ flavor and grapefruit and citrus overtones. Served unfiltered to let the full flavor come through. Color=10 IBU=72.4 ABV=7.0%

Near and dear to my heart, beer # 15 is; Iron Hill North Wales-Ramrod A battering ram of an IPA, made with a mixture of 5 hop varieties. medium bodied with a forceful, persistent hop character. This IPA is certainly boss. Color=7 IBU=101 ABV=8%

Bitter Rivalry. Beer #14.

Flying Fish-HopFish a deep golden color, plenty of hop bitterness balanced by malt sweetness with a floral and citrus hop finish. American, English and German malts balance the large amount of hops. Three hop varieties are used at five different times and HopFish has been dry-hopped for two weeks with 22lbs of Nugget hops. Color=10 IBU=39 ABV=5.8

Sly Fox-Rt. 113 A big, flavorful IPA for all the hopheads out there, brewed with British Pale and Crystal malts, and hopped with Centennial, Cascade, German Northern Brewer, & UK East Kent Goldings. Bold and spicy. Color=11 IBU=113 ABV=7

Iron HIll Maple Shade-Black IPA American style IPA with a twist. Full malt flavor, pronounced bitterness and overwhelming hop flavor and aroma complimented by a touch of roast. Hop backed with 2 pounds per barrel, then dry hopped. Color=22 IBU=60 ABV=7.0%
