Pitching Yeast

Rebecca Harvey came by to brew with us today! We always love it when staff members want to see what it is that we do all day in our glass box. Rebecca is a long time server from IHB West Chester, a nursing student, and a fan of Pilsner. Based on her request we put together a great Pils recipe,  and she helped us with some of the heavy lifting. We are still on the lookout for a name for the beer though…so if you’ve got any ideas pass ‘em along. We’ll let her pick since it’s really her beer. Should be ready for dinking  just in time for Belgium Comes to West Chester. You go girl! UPDATE: the beer now has a name: Harvey’s Sunshine Daydream. Harv digs The Dead. Nice.
