To Iron Hill Brewery in WC, PA --

BRAVO !

I was in PA this weekend, and took my sister out to W.C. spot on Saturday night (July 24). We ordered a sampler, and we were very impressed !

Your spot is very relaxing and the folks are extremely friendly -- thank you !

I also want to thank Jessica and the other bartender (I did not get his name) who were more than friendly ... they took the time to explain each beer, and style, commenting on flavor profiles and answering all of our questions...they treated us like we had known them for a long time..

I have been homebrewing ales for about 6 years, and would love to try to clone the India Black Ale or the Pig Iron Porter ... Is there any way you cld share the recipe ?

Bravo Iron Hill ... I will be back, for sure !
