That’s right gang, RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT is now on tap. I know many of you have been waiting patiently for this sweet, sweet elixer to be ready. Now is the time! In my opinion it isn’t a second too soon either. The days have shortened, and after a mild fall winter seems to be setting right in. I actually had to scrape my car for the first time today. We racked some into heaven hill barrels with Vanilla bean and that should be a real treak for February or March. Check out the photo of our cool barrel racks. I am such a junky for the gear.
