German Pilsner

Traditional German lager with a light straw color, delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish.

Shokolad Stout

OG: 1.090   Color: 40   IBU: 60   Alc by Vol: 9.5%
Our award winning full bodied imperial stout brewed with 44 lbs of chocolate in the boil, and aged on fresh cocoa nibs and whole vanilla beans.

West Coast Wheat

OG: 1.050   Color: 3.5   IBU: 20   Alc by Vol: 4.0%
Unfiltered American wheat beer, light bodied with a subtle tanginess and that is dominated in the aroma and flavor by a generous addition of American hops.

Biere de Garde

A classic French farmhouse beer. This amber hued beer was brewed with a lager yeast at elevated temperatures, resulting in a malt accented beer with slight fruit and spice notes.

Saison

OG: 1.057   Color: 3.1   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 5.5%
A Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, bright and light-bodied, yet the yeast gives it a character that is earthy, fruity and spicy with a refreshing finish. This is the perfect beer to pair with all kinds of food!

Oktoberfest

Traditional German festival beer, this full-bodied amber lager has a wonderful malty and bready aroma and a firm malt flavor, balanced with mild bitterness and a clean dry finish.
