HOUSE BELGIAN
Belgian Wit: An Unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Pale in color and light-bodied yet very complex. A distinct yeast and the use of spices give it a fruity citrus flavor that is very refreshing.

Amarillo Wheat

A light bodied American wheat beer that's been single hopped with Amarillo hops.

American Brown Ale

OG: 1055   Color: 17   IBU: 35   Alc by Vol: 5.4%

A bigger, hoppier version of the English Classic. This medium-bodied beer marries chocolate and a roasted flavor and aroma with an assertive American hop bouquet and bitterness.

Berliner Weisse

OG: 1030   Color: 2   IBU: 2   Alc by Vol: 2.8%
German style wheat beer, pale golden in color with a refreshing tart, acidic, and lemony citric fruit characteristic. This style of beer has a very light body, and almost no hop bitterness. The addition of woodruff or raspberry syrup can be added to balance out the sourness.

Hopilicious IPA

OG: 1.080   Color: 10   IBU: 90   Alc by Vol: 7.2%
American style double IPA, full-bodied malt flavor supports a ridiculous amount of hops, giving it pronounced bitterness and overwhelming hop flavor and aroma. Made with 8 pounds of hops per barrel.

Abbey Dubbel

Brewed in the style of a Belgian monestary, it has a distinct aroma of plum and pears. The flavor has the sweetness of dark Belgian candy sugar paired with nuances of fruit and spice. A dense, rocky head sits atop this mahogany colored ale.

Oktoberfest

Traditional German festival beer, this full-bodied amber lager has a wonderful malty and bready aroma and a firm malt flavor, balanced with mild bitterness and a clean dry finish.

The Cannibal

Belgian-style golden ale with a complex dry sweetness, balancing bitterness and a spicy finish.
