HOUSE BELGIAN
Abbey Dubbel:
Brewed in the style of a Belgian monastery, it has a distinct aroma of plum and pears. The flavor has the sweetness of dark Belgian candy sugar paired with nuances of fruit and spice. A dense, rocky head sits atop this mahogany colored ale.

FIRST FRIDAY
October 3: This month we will be serving a sixtel of Cherry Dubbel on Friday the 3rd starting at 5:00pm.  On until it’s finished, so show up early!

GABF LIVE PARTY
October 11: 2:00 PM. join us for a LIVE SIMULCAST of the Great American Beer Festival (GABF) Simulcast starts at at 3:30. First 50 attendees will receive a complimentary pretzel necklace! Sample pints of some of our nominated ales and lagers. Costumes are encouraged!

PUMPKIN FEST 2008
October 25:  4:00 PM. We’ll be serving Ichabod Imperial Belgian Pumpkin Ale. In addition we will be tapping an actual pumpkin filled with Ichabod at 5:00pm. Also on tap... our regular Pumpkin Ale, a pumpkin ale from the Elysian Brewing Company in Portland and at least one other local Pumpkin inspired beer that will be making a surprise appearance. Our kitchen has a special menu prepared for the day of pumpkin foods to pair with all of this killer pumpkin beer.

Belgian Witbier

OG: 1.048   Color: 3   IBU: 17   Alc by Vol: 4.4%
An Unfiltered Belgian-style wheat beer. Pale in color and light-bodied yet very complex. A distinct yeast and the use of spices give it a fruity citrus flavor that is very refreshing.

Can't Able

OG: 1068   Color: 3   IBU: 28   Alc by Vol: 7.2%
Strong Belgian Golden Ale brewed in tribute to the greatest cyclist in history and in celebration of the Tour De France. Light in color and body but complex in flavor and high in alcohol. The unique Belgian yeast used imparts notes of spice and tropical fruit.

Oktoberfest

OG: 1.063   Color: 12   IBU: 26   Alc by Vol: 6.0%
Traditional German festival beer, this full-bodied amber lager has a wonderful malty and bready aroma and a firm malt flavor, balanced with mild bitterness and a clean dry finish.

Saison

OG: 1.057   Color: 3.1   IBU: 30   Alc by Vol: 5.5%
A Belgian-style farmhouse ale. Unfiltered, bright and light-bodied, yet the yeast gives it a character that is earthy, fruity and spicy with a refreshing finish. This is the perfect beer to pair with all kinds of food.

Traditional German lager with a light straw color, delicately balanced with a firm bitterness and a dry, crisp finish.

Czech Dark Lager

Traditional black lager, medium bodied with a slightly roasted flavor, a distinctive hop and roast bitterness that leads into a clean dry finish. Black Pilsner.

Pumpkin Ale

We cut up 150 pounds of pie pumpkins, roasted them until they were brown at the edges and added them to our mash. Then we spiced it with traditional pumpkin pie spices instead of finishing hops. We call it pumpkin pie in a glass!
