IRON HILL BREWERY BEER FESTIVAL SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN.NO PAYMENT OR PURCHASE WILL INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S ODDS OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS IN ORDER TO ENTER. NO ALCOHOL WILL BE AWARDED AS A PORTION OF THE PRIZE PACKAGE. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN DE, NJ, SC, GA, AND PA ONLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Iron Hill Beer Festival Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on June 15, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 1, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Iron Hill Brewery, 260 Eagleview Blvd. Exton, PA 19341 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Only legal United States residents residing in Delaware, New Jersey, South Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and wholesalers, suppliers, distributors and retailers of alcoholic beverage licensees (collectively, “Licensees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any of the Sweepstakes Entities or Licensees are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. TWO WAYS TO ENTER:
(a) Loyalty Members (Automatic Entries): Existing and newly enrolled loyalty members in Iron Hill’s Iron Circle or King of the Hill programs will earn entries into the Sweepstakes simply by visiting any Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant location during the Sweepstakes Period. Iron Circle members will receive one (1) entry per visit. King of the Hill members will receive two (2) entries per visit. Visits must be tied to the member’s loyalty account to qualify. There is no limit to the number of entries a member can earn during the Sweepstakes Period.
(b) By Mail: Individuals may submit an entry by sending a letter or postcard with the entrant’s name, address, telephone number, and email address to “Beer Festival Sweepstakes – Entries, Attn: Marketing, 260 Eagleview Blvd. Exton, PA 19341.”
4. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND EVENT: On Saturday, September 6, 2025, Iron Hill will hold a culminating event at their Exton, PA location, where winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. At this event: 10 winners will be randomly selected to receive $500 Iron Hill Brewery Gift Cards, 5 winners will be randomly selected to win trips to the Great American Beer Festival 2025 (GABF) in Denver, CO, October 9-11, 2025, One Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected to win a trip to Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, September 20 – October 5, 2025. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone..
The prize(s) will only be awarded once a potential winner is verified and found to be in full compliance with these rules. Sponsor will ship prizes to Potential winner and Potential winners will be notified via Instagram/email and will be required to respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the seventy-two (72) hour time period, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Up to five (5) alternate winners may be contacted. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the message within the time frame stated above.
Potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release to Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative within twenty-four (24) hours of prize acceptance. Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return a Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement to Sponsor or Sponsor’s representatives within twenty-four (24) hours of winner’s prize acceptance. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including verification that the winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, the potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor cannot verify that the potential winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older prior to winner notification, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Winners will also be required to accept and provide Sponsor’s Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement to Sponsor or Sponsor’s representatives within twenty-four (24) hours of winner’s prize acceptance.
In the event of noncompliance within any stated time period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner.
Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an entrant’s email, phone number or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification or their prize information.
5. PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) / ODDS: Prizes include: Ten (10) $500 Gift Cards, Five (5) trips to the Great American Beer Festival (GABF). Each GABF prize package includes a trip for two (2) persons with 3-day GABF passes, four (4) night hotel stay at hotel of Sponsor’s choosing, round-trip flights[1], and $500 spending cash (approximate retail value $4,500 each), One (1) Grand Prize trip to Oktoberfest. The Grand Prize includes a trip for two (2) persons with a five (5) night hotel stay at hotel of Sponsor’s choosing, round-trip flights[2], and $1,000 spending cash (approximate retail value $8,000). All other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Sponsor makes no warranties regarding the prizes and disclaims all implied warranties. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are awarded “as is.” GABF winners may alternatively opt for a cash redemption in the amount of $2,000 or an Iron Hill Brewery gift card option valued at $4,000 in lieu of the stated prize above. The Grand Prize winner may alternatively opt for a cash redemption in the amount of $4,000 or an Iron Hill Brewery gift card option valued at $6,000 in lieu of the stated prize above. No prize substitution (in whole or in part), sale or transfer of prize permitted by the winners, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

6. GENERAL: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. RELEASE: By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you, Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
7. WINNERS’ LIST: To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Beer Festival Sweepstakes – Winners List, Attn: Marketing, 260 Eagleview Blvd. Exton, PA 19341, Requests must be received by September 23, 2025. Winner list will be available after September 6, 2025.
