Iron Hill Brewery’s Chef and Brewer Series invites you to dive into a $35 prix fixe menu that’s anything but ordinary. From March 20th to April 30th, taste the fruits of our chef and brewer’s collaboration, bringing you a new, flavor-filled experience. You get to pick from three appetizers, such as the zesty Spring Pea and Ham Deviled Eggs or a tropical Tuna Poke Bowl, then move on to main events like the Miso Glazed Salmon or the Chicken Penne Primavera. And because no meal is complete without an Iron Hill beer, you also get an 8 oz pour of one of Iron Hill’s beers of your choice. Add on some Blueberry-Lemon Ricotta Pie, and you’ve got yourself a Spring fling of new flavors. This series is a testament to the magic that happens when great food meets great beer.
